O’Konrads band was born in the summer 2022 on the Adriatic shore, inspired by the vision and energy of its frontman. Since then, the band has taken its unique blend of Irish folk and folk-rock to stages across the Balkans. Regular performances in Budva, Bar, Kotor, Nikšić, Podgorica and other cities quickly established the band as a vibrant part of the local music scene.
We have appeared at major regional events including the Budva Carnival, the Žabljak Film Festival, the Craft Beer Festival in Podgorica, and many others.
Among other festivals in neighboring Serbia / Bosnia and Herzegovina: we have performed at the Belgrade Irish Festival every year since 2023 and at the Border Rock Festival in Kladovo, we took the stage at the Sarajevo Street Food Festival and the Javorwood Festival and etc.
Over time, the format and lineup naturally evolved, but today O’Konrads stands as a powerful four-piece band — the core team that brings our signature folk-rock sound to life wherever we play.
The band is now based in Serbia, and we are currently working on our first full album of original songs, planned for release in winter 2026.
